My parents used Help@Home as their age increased and they were able to do less. When my dad died in January last year I asked for more help and the response was immediate.
The ladies with the help of Ally have supported my mum and enabled her to remain at home until just this month when her frailty made it impossible to stay there any longer.
I cannot thank the ladies enough for all that they did. They saw mum as a whole person and looked after her wellbeing as well as doing the domestic chores.
They would chatter to her about things and understood her needs. I give high praise to this firm and would gladly recommend them to anyone.
